Effects of dance and movement therapy on physical ability, flexibility and psychological state for individuals under constant stress

Background and Study Aim. Dance movement therapy defined as culturally creative, unique, but at the same time a universal phenomenon encompassing bodily movements, self – expression, feelings, stories, body interactions with others. Aim of was to evaluate impact dance on physical capacity, flexibility psycho emotional state individuals under constant stress.
 Material Methods. The study included 18 45 years old females (N=20) who has disorders came this facility for rehabilitation treatment procedures.
 To assess functional capacity used 6 minute walk test. For assessment, determine mobility lumbar cross section spine Schober's sample. assessment setting symptoms depression anxiety in subjects Hospital Anxiety Depression Symptom (HADS) Scale. fatigue measured by Fatigue Impact Scale.
 Results. Positive statistically significant change both groups, however group improvement is twice large than physiotherapy group. mean values HADS scale decreased 3.1 ± 3.981 points first treated 6.9 4.62 second therapy.
